Genuine Car Service is the only place to get the BEST service for your car. I have been going there for several years to have my LEXUS 350RX serviced. They completely do all required services following the information provided by LEXUS dealer! I have saved so much money by switching to Genuine Car Service! Randy and the crew at Genuine Car Care Center are Top Notch! They replaced the engine in my 2011 Ford Explorer, and had the job completed in a week! I had talked to other mechanic shops, and was quoted several thousand more in expense, and about a 6 month wait. At Genuine, it was done in a week, and I saved a couple thousand on my bill! Car runs great now, and I am back on the road!

Service! Professional, kind, knowledgeable service! I am so impressed. We have had to drop our expectations over the past year of service and Genuine Car Care is exceptional. No not the cheapest but definitely the best for pennies more. It was clean, I was safe, not ignored. I am moving the Audi over to them after my experience with the Jeep.

Genuine Car lives up to their name. They are always so kind when I bring my car in, accommodating, but most of all?.I trust them. As a single mom, that?s a big deal. I live 20 minutes away from Genuine, but I bring my car there for service because I know I can rely on them. Oh and they have the nicest waiting area I?ve ever seen at a car repair shop!!!!

Genuine Car Care did an excellent job on repairing my Lexus. Will was right on this problem when the wrecker brought my Lexus in. During the week of repair either Will or another employe would update me on the progress. Car runs fine.

We have always taken our cars to Genuine for major repairs. They are honest and upfront with what is wrong with your car and what items can wait for repair, if you are short on the money side of things. We have always had a good experience when using them. Genuine works quick without losing the quality.
