| Genuine Car Care did an excellent job on repairing my Lexus. Will was right on this problem when the wrecker brought my Lexus in. During the week of repair either Will or another employe would update me on the progress. Car runs fine. |

| I was having problems with factory installed heating and air on my 2013 Ford F150. My factory radio was failing. I went to the local Ford dealership for assistance. They were 4 weeks out just to take a look. They said they could not help with the radio. They did suggest taking my car to Genuine Car Care. The dealership said genuine car care ends up getting a lot of work from them. GREAT ADVICE! They jumped on it and figured it out right away. They ordered the parts from Ford, I cluding the factory radio, and quickly installed them once the parts arrived. It sure is nice doing business with a company that wants your business. |
